Leads CONTECH Group UK, with executive responsibility for operations, business development and project delivery in the United Kingdom. He develops client, partner and institutional relationships in the UK market and ensures projects are structured and delivered in line with international standards, contract forms and lender requirements — positioning CONTECH for large-scale and internationally financed opportunities.
Leads CONTECH Group Balkans, directing regional operations and project execution across Kosovo and the wider Western Balkans. He oversees resourcing, subcontractor management, procurement and day-to-day site delivery, ensuring every project is completed safely, to specification and on programme.
Directs the Group's financial strategy, controls, treasury and reporting. He manages relationships with banking partners and arranges the guarantees, bonds and project financing that support large-scale delivery, safeguarding financial discipline, transparency and compliance across the Group.
Leads engineering, design coordination and technical assurance across the Group's portfolio, including the adoption of BIM and digital delivery. He manages the interface between design, construction and the client's engineering teams, and is responsible for engineering standards and technical governance on every project.
Manages construction engineering and technical delivery on site, translating design into buildable, compliant and efficient works. He coordinates construction methods, temporary works, setting-out and quality control, working closely with the engineering and site teams to keep projects safe, efficient and on programme.
Leads business development, client relations and tendering for the Group. She identifies and develops new opportunities, manages prequalifications and bid submissions, and coordinates the technical and commercial input required to win complex work. She supports CONTECH's expansion into new markets and funding regimes, including publicly procured and donor-financed programmes.
